There are four base MOCs to choose from for a custom ambulance and then have decals created. The colors of each of the base MOCs can be modified to some extent.

The price for the instructions and decals will likely be $10.00 for a total of $20.00 if you want both.

Depending on the model and any changes to the plans, an ambulance takes are pieces/bricks which are NOT included with this purchase.

Instructions on how to orders the bricks/pieces will be included in the email with your instructions. This will include a parts list that can be uploaded when ordering bricks.

Pieces can be sourced from many places on the internet. Bricklink and WeBrick are two of the most popular places to buy from. Some unique parts may need to be sourced from other places.

It's difficult to estimate the total cost of this set as brick cost and inventory fluctuate daily.

NOTE: WeBrick pieces come from China and are typically much cheaper, however, it does take much longer. Pieces from BrickLink and elsewhere may be slightly more expensive but will be shipped much quicker.
